PAYMENT OPTIONS

BlackConvergence.com accepts all major credit cards and Paypal payments. In the event your credit card is declined, we will inform you via email and ask that you place your order again with a new card. Your credit card will be charged on the day you place your order for goods or services. The charge will appear on your credit card or Paypal statement as Black Convergence or BC BIZ LISTING.

RECURRING PAYMENT

After making your initial payment for our monthly business listing service, subsequent payments will be automatically debited from your account every 28 days.

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds on our business listing service. However, you may choose to cancel at any time by emailing our support team at listing@blackconvergence.com. If you cancel, your listing will be removed and you will not be charged for the next upcoming month.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. If you have purchased a physical product, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. If you have any questions about your order status, please contact us at listing@blackconvergence.com.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT SECURITY

When you provide BlackConvergence.com with your credit card information for payment on your account, BlackConvergence.com shall be authorized to charge your credit card for any outstanding fees. If you sign up for a payment plan to make monthly payments on any product, program or service, BlackConvergence.com shall be authorized to run all charges on or around the time they are due and not require separate authorization in order to do so. You are fully responsible for any fees associated with recouping payment on chargebacks and any fees associated with the payment collection process. Further, you may not change any of the credit card information provided to BlackConvergence.com without notifying us in advance. Chargebacks are in violation of your sales agreement and are out of integrity with our values here are Black Convergence.
